Please dont use this company. They charge exorbitantly for a minor procedure. Just to attach a single tap, they charged us $260!!!. BTW I got the tap myself. All he had to do was push the tap inside. He didn't even have to weld it as it was a shark-bite type of tap. No point talking to the manger, who was very rude. The person who took down my address, put in a wrong address and plumber kept complaining of coming twice.

Jonathan was professional and incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

Service on HVAC was good and on time. I called about pricing generator on my downstairs only and never got any information

Specifically requested a tech to inspect and test the gas furnace ready for winter. He didn't even turn it on - just did a filter change and a 5min visual inspection which I could have done myself. I will be using a firm with a comprehensive checklist in future.

I have used Sentry for several years and my experience has always been nothing but good work and honesty.I have tried others but they are not the same, Sentry.

Two thumbs down on this company!!!! Called them out for a clogged drain line, after not being able to find a problem was finally told it was the coils and had to replace the AC. Week later, called back out bc drain line was clogged—the exact problem we were having when we originally called them out. Don’t think we truly needed a new AC. Owner was rude. Poor customer service.
