They were quick, super efficient and found the problem within minutes. Even though I don’t know anything about A\C systems, when I asked a question they were very polite and gave me insight on what they were doing. I highly recommend this company.

I bought a 3 ton unit from these guys and it was junk years later after all the problems they brought me a brand new one and guess what just as big of a heap as the first one the owner is as unprofessional as anyone as I’ve ever dealt with he lied to me the last time I talked to him about fixing my unit. He said he was waiting on my compressor to come in and would let me know when he got it. Months went on and nothing so I wouldn’t recommend these guys to my worst enemy!!!!

Very very satisfied with their service!! Showed up on time and installed great product and the customer service was excellent! Steve helped me out! Nobody else like them in town, and great prices and others around town tried to charge me 2x as what Valley charged! I will never use anybody else!

Steve was so helpful with getting a new unit and quoted me $3,000 less than competitors! They drove two hours and worked diligently to place the unit and now Our house is so much cooler! Thank you for your honesty and hard work Valley Heat & Air! I would strongly recommend them!!

When they put unit in they were great 3 yrs ago. Called for service 2 weeks ago,waited 3 days with no air and had to call someone else

I will NEVER call anyone else if I need help with my AC! They came out immediately, was so friendly and fast. They were so reasonable on their prices. Great ppl! :-)
