Can change the company name but service remains the same
Installed unit. Less then 6yrs ago. So far on 2nd replacement compressor, lost track of how many times out to fix copper lines,refill freon. 2 rounds of capacitors, since install. Have made it through 1 season without issues. Currently systems is down again going on 2 months. What's ya bet leaked freon out again from leaks never being properly fixed on previous call outs. Each trip costing $$$ even though warranty. The first year. Couldn't even get a call back. Had to physically go to the office

They installed our unit last year, and replaced our thermostats also. The thermostats has never worked right! I called them twice in the past few weeks, was told that someone would call me back. Never heard back from them. I have called several times this week and haven't gotten an answer. Apparently they don't even have voice-mail. And our warranty runs out in Aug. I will not use them again, or refer anyone to use them!

It took them forever for them to even come out and see what was the problem. After that we would call and not get answers for what was taking so long and then when they would actually call us back they would say the part would be in next week.... well a month later we had to finally threaten to move our business elsewhere to get someone to come back out. They “fixed” the problem and quickly left before we got the chance to figure out it wasn’t fixed when we called back to tell them it wasn’t fixed they never called us back and we finally had to hire someone else to come out and fix the problem.

I have called once a week for two (2) weeks trying to get service on our AC. They continue to tell us they are busy and backed up. We, however, have had to shut down our unit unable to use the AC. I will continue to call, but while they do answer the phone, I should not have to wait 2 (going on three weeks) for a return call or someone to come out to repair our system.

I called and talked to Tammy about window replacements and she said she would have them call me back but they didn't. I called and left several messages on their answering machine too and still no reply. I'm glad they did this so I never do any business with them.

Horrible service as you can read in any other reviews here been 2 weeks of excuses only to get another today probably be another 2 weeks before and more excuses
