Alabama’s Best Heating Air and Home Repair technicians were great. From the initial call, until the job was completed, the service was excellent. They were friendly, prompt, professional and patient with all my questions. Each time the technician was scheduled, he kept in touch to advise of arrival. And when parts were ordered, texted regularly to advise delivery status. Very positive experience!

My experience with the company was outstanding and I will definitely do business with them again. I had an emergency situation, and I needed a new HVAC system installed ASAP. Their response was timely, and the work and customer service were excellent. As an out of state investor, it is critical that I have a company that I can rely on and Alabama’s Best worked to meet and/or exceed my expectations. I highly recommend!

Our HVAC stopped working and when I called Alabama’s Best, William came out that same day to take a look and see what was wrong. He gave me a diagnosis and when I called him back to schedule he had scheduled me quickly. He called 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. He fixed it in a timely manor. He was very professional, courteous and informative.
I will be using this company again if another situation arises.

We had such a great experience! Our rental company contacted this company to come and fix our air. Our technician Chip was knowledgeable and told me exactly what to do in order to get my repair completed. You can tell that outside of being a professional he has a genuine love for people . He showed me how to change the filters and stated that he would not leave me and my 3 kids in a hot house. I would recommend this company to anyone. William initially answered my call & came out during a 24 hr service call. He gave me honest, pricing options to either fix the unit or replacing the unit. I opted to replace the unit. His team came out the next day & I had air that evening. They also respected my wishes to wear the mask & shoe covers in my home. They did an awesome job!!!

William and his team (Tony and one other person I unfortunately forgot to ask) are very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with their answers of the questions I asked. They took their time and were very thorough with their work. I would definitely request for their service again, when needed and would highly recommend their (and Alabama's Best) service to others.
