Service Tec One Heating & Air

I own an apartment complex and started using this company last year. They are very responsive and normally show up the same day that you request service. Their fees are very reasonable and the owner Brad has always been fair and honest. I recommend this service to all rental property owners or managers.

I highly recommend Service Tec One! I had 3 quotes for a new AC/Furnace and Service Tec One offered a very competitive price. They also offered to price match, military discount, & twice as long of a labor warranty as the other two quotes. They completed the job in a quick professional manner. I will defiantly use them again.

The owner operator of this business is exactly what you hope for when you are looking for a technician for your home. Knowledgeable, but also imparts his concern for your situtation. Brad and his people did a great job replacing the heating and a/c in my daughter's house in midtown. He did my a/c three years ago. It's been running perfectly ever since.
