My contact with this company added the old meaning of "service" back into my vocabulary. They were willing to work with me in scheduling, financing, and in general just keeping me informed on the status of the requested work. I appreciated being treated as a person with an issue that needed resolving, and being understood as to what was most needed in this landlord/tenent situation. Many thanks for assesing the problem, offering me alternative means to correct, and then installing a unit that met my criteria.

Well, I would first like to thank Mr. Roman Naramore again for being soo very prompt, PROFESSIONAL & thorough with my A/C repair on 4/29/19!!I mean, I didn't have an appointment with this company but, when I called their number Mr. Naramore answered my call and wasted NO TIME in arranging to meet with me THAT SAME DAY!!! He quickly made his way out to our home and begin to diagnose the problem/problems with our unit! Needless to say he found that the A/C Technician that had originally install our unit just a couple of months ago added TOO MUCH freon and the intake vent housing up in the attic had TOTALLY come loose from that unit!! So, after quickly draining some of the freon out of the A/C unit, he then went up in the attic to reattach the intake vent. Now, our unit is about to FREEZE us to DEATH up in here!!! 😄 But seriously though, this GUY was SUPERB and I hope this review finds it's way across his boss's phone or computer screen!!! Once again, THANK YOU SOO MUCH Mr. Naramore and Pro Cooling and Heating Services, LLC!!!🙂👌👍👏👏👏💯
