I had a problem with my air conditioner and contacted Easy Heating & Cooling. It was a Saturday so I figured I would have to wait until Monday but to my surprise he said he could come that day! The response was sooner than what my insurance estimated, was straight forward, no B/S, yes took a little longer than I thought but was a holiday in the middle, Mr Dell was very cool and always was in touch with me, when we where waiting for the part, I'm happy, I definitely will be using easy cooling again, and will request Mr Dell again .
