I used this company to replace my unit motor. Mr. Enoch Lamar was assigned to the job. He arrived on time and completed the job within the timeframe he gave me. He also was very nice and politely answered the many questions I had. I recommend this company to anyone looking to have HVAC repairs. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Mr. Enoch had a glitch, when he opened the box, air unit was damaged. He contacted supplier and a replaced unit was sent about a week later. Mr. Enoch nformed me when work would begin and detailed work to be performed. He and his technician were very professional throughout the job and completed installing a new heat pump within a couple of days. Easy Heating and Cooling has my full support and my recommendation for anyone needing air/heat service. Call Easy Heating and Cooling !!!

My heating unit stopped working at 1:00 am this morning. My home shield technician could not get to me until the next day, which was not an option in view of the fact that the temperatures outside were 28 degrees. I called Mr. Enoch with Easy Heating and Cooling and he arrived today at the time that he promised, he repaired the unit with promptness and professionalism. I recommend him highly.

Yearly service for air. The tech was professional and knowledgeable.

I called for what I thought would be a simple thermostat repair/replacement. It turned out to be much more. Dell was our technician. He was very professional. He was knowledgeable and patient. The repair turned out to be more than what we expected, but he did not allow that to deter him from getting the job done. He and the owner worked tirelessly for hours until the job was completed. They did not leave without making sure everything was working properly. I plan on using Easy Heating and Cooling for future maintenance/repair and highly recommend this company. Dell was the best!!!
