I was not happy with this business. I had to have this company out twice to fix the same problem that they missed the issue the first time. I wasn't mad until they want to charge me twice to fix the problem once. I tried to work out the problem with them but they refused to take any ownership that they are supposed to be the professionals. Also the lady that answers the phone thinks it her job to argue with the customers.

Great customer service! My family and I have been customers for 10 years. My go to for AC repair.

I was very pleased with the service offered by Easy Heating & Cooling. Their technicians were professional and excellent customer service. As it stands to date, I believe I made the a GREAT choice with Easy Heating & Cooling as the company to install my AC system.

I called Easy Heating at 3:30pm after learning the temperature for the night was going to be low, I was informed and assured that someone would be out no later than 8:30pm.
Mr. E was calling me by 3:58pm to let me know he was on the way. The issue was bigger than what we initially thought, Mr. E worked diligently to resolve our issue, and he did just that. The service was very professional from the initial call to completion. Mr. E explained everything in terms that were understandable. I would highly recommend Easy Heating and Cooling 10 out of 10 and I will certainly continue using for all my heating and cooling needs.

On time, great service, fair pricing, and an amazing final product. Couldn't ask for anything more. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Spent years looking for Quality HVAC services for our primary home,
