I sincerely don't no where to start. When I called the person was very professional. My air had stopped working during the night and I knew I couldn't go without it since it's been over 100 degrees everyday. She scheduled me for a same day appointment. Once my workorder had been place, we hung up and I received an email and text confirming the time and where the technician would arrive. It was storming and raining so I was afraid he wouldn't show but he did. He was really nice. I would definitely recommend EASY HEATING. I think this is a family owned business. Instead of calling Hansen try EASY HEATING. Paying was super easy too. They accept cash, check, credit card or even cashapp which just about everyone has. And right after he left I received my invoice detailing everything. Again awesome service!!

Always responds even to last minute calls. Came after 8pm on a long work day. Good service with a smile.
