Came out and didn't fix the problem, still was charged. Was told they don't warranty clogs when I had to call them back out. Alex came out the second time and he is super nice. Hopefully he moves to another company. Update- while what I put earlier is true, they refunded my money which makes me respect them and not totally disregard them in the future!

First of all, setting up the appointment was super easy. I have phone anxiety so their online scheduling was a godsend.

Tommy did a great job diagnosing the issue and fixing it. It took less than half an hour and was a reasonable price. I’m thrilled with the job he did.
