ACS recently replaced 2 units for my home. They arrived on time, completed the work quickly and followed up after the installation. We will be using them for service in the future.

ACS responded in a reasonable time. A capacitor was replaced. The wholesale cost of the capacitor is under $30. I was charge $130 for the capacitor plus labor to replace it. Total charge $245. So, if you do not mind a 300+% markup on material, then you can select ACS. I will go elsewhere.

When our air went out we didn't know who to call. The BBB rated ACS as one of the best, so we called them. When Mr. Akins came out he was very knowledgeable and identified our problem immediately! He came out the same day we called, he talked to us about all of our options, he was able to get our machine running shortly after arriving. We have had other companies out in the past and always felt like we were getting the run a round. We are so glad we found this company. We will only call ACS in the future!

Mr Josh Nelson was excellent! I don’t ever leave reviews but this gentleman was knowledgeable, courteous, and was concerned with walking on my rugs etc. etc. He also explained my thermostat to me and all the settings again and never made me feel like a question that I was asking was silly.
I will continue calling AC whenever I have a problem and hopefully Josh Nelson will be the man that comes out. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Called to get information on a repair. Instead all I received was a smart aleck and demeaning response followed with profanity. Extremely unprofessional. If someone speaks this way towards potential business, I highly question their ethical standards in performing a repair. AVOID.
