Polar bear services replaced both of our AC units in a timely manner and at a great price! Billy is the best in the business . Wouldn’t use anyone else!!

Had an electrical problem. Shondo did a perfect job finding the problem. He was very patient, thorough and competent. He even let me "help". These folks will be my GO TO people for any further issues with my place! Thanks for being a great technician and the help in fixing my issue.

We used Polar Bear to help us with maintenance and issues we were having with an older ac unit. We eventually had them replace it and put in a new HVAC system for us. They have always been prompt, reliable, professional, and fair. They are very knowledgeable and did a great job for us. We have referred them to family and neighbors who were also pleased with the quality of work.

Paid alot of money and had to come back multiple times to restaurant and still didn't fix. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Really wish we could give - stars Nope yall have come out to many times and just keeping sending guys who don't know what they are doing. Trust me you've been to our restaurant multiple times we got bill after Bill from yall. We have move forward with someone else and they couldn't believe the work done.
