The day after the technician left, the owner of the company called to try and fix the problem.
After a lengthy conversation and lots of explanations. We decided to go with Polar Bear Services to replace our motor.
The owner is very customer oriented and wanted everyone involved to be happy.
The technicians were polite and understanding of our issue.
I’m very happy with the fix. And will use Polar Bear again.

Had this company come out and do a routine check to ensure our A/C unit was in good repair, I was quoted $89 for 1 system. Paid $130, they did not do anything extra. On top of witch he did not change out the filter which was bad, and we had no idea there was a filter in this spot to change. (Recently purchased home)
7 days later the A/C is not cooling properly. On the 8th day it stopped completely. Another guy was sent out, and we’re told there was a wire that burnt out causing the motor to burn out. So, now they want $1200 to replace motor. Spoke with the technician and called to speak with supervisor. Who states, that this could not have been predicted. So what is the point of preventative maintenance??
We went with another company to replace motor.
The sad thing is, I have medical issues and I am very sensitive to heat. Over exposure can cause me to have seizures. So I’ll be camping in my motor home with A/C til it’s repaired. But if I didn’t have that option?? Motel? It’s a racket.

Polar Bear Services is one of the most professional and knowledgeable heating and air services in Alabama. I plan on using there commercial services now that they are in Georgia. I give them 5 stars for professionalism, knowledgeable, trust worthy and competitive pricing……

Christian Koehl came out and did an excellent job on my mini split. Got it running in no time and took the time to show me what had gone wrong. Highly recommend.

Called early in the morning and was informed by the extremely nice lady on the phone that they were very busy. She told me she was going to try her best to get someone to come out that same day. Well she most defiantly did and it was even the owner of the company because they were so busy. He got my A/C fixed and working in no time. This is truly the best company I have ever done business with. All of their employees are extremely nice and professional.

Although I've never used their services as I live in Texas, I have had the pleasure of meeting William and some of the guys. Super great guys! If I needed some HVAC work done and lived in their service area Polar Bear Services works be my pick for sure.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I needed a return air vent placed in a basement bedroom and I was able to get a next day service. They performed a high-quality service at a very reasonable price in a punctual manner. I will not use any other company for future services because of the amazing service I experienced.

This company is a family owned business. Quality work, customer satisfaction, timeliness, and doing the best job possible are things that matter most to the owner!! You will not find a more trustworthy, dependable, honest company anywhere!! I give them the highest rating and recommendation.

I would HIGHLY recommend Polar Bear Services for any and all cooling and heating needs. Mr William Weller and his son bring years of incredible experience in this industry - and both individuals provide service with the highest of quality and customer care. During my most recent repair service, I was made informed of the stages of progress throughout the entirety of the process and I very much appreciated the clarity into the repairs being provided. The repair work was performed after hours and while my kids were asleep, which required agility in performing the services to not disturb anyone - and I very much appreciated the kindness shown as this undoubtedly make the job more challenging. If you are in need of repairs, or a new unit, I would not consider anyone else other than Polar Bear Services.
