Called and they came out the same day even with bad weather. He got me up and running for the weekend so my home would be cool and came back to do repairs the following week. Gave me cost upfront and showed me how to prevent additional major repair. Will use again if needed. Recommended to all my friends and family. Very nice and respectful with up front pricing.

Had an issue with unit on a weekend. Showed up within a half hour and had it up and running within minutes! I 100% recommend these guys!!

Terry came out to service our unit. He was extremely thorough and helpful on what needed to be done to our system. Two days later his guys came out and installed a UV light in our system to make the air much cleaner. Call me crazy but I’ve noticed a big difference in the air quality of our home. 10/10 recommend!! I was so impressed with their professionalism that I went ahead and scheduled them to complete the repair. Plus, their estimate saved me about $200! My AC unit stopped working recently. I called Talent Heating and Cooling to schedule an appointment with a technician. He was very knowledgeable to the point that after about 1 minute of looking he knew where and what the problem was. Once he made 100% sure where the problem was he quickly had it fixed and my unit running again. Great group of guys. Would 100% recommend them for any problems you may be having with a unit.

Terry was prompt in answering our initial inquiry about our need for a new HVAC system for my elderly mother's home (called us back within 10 minutes of our online inquiry!!). He fit us in to the schedule for an estimate the next day, was on time, completed a full inspection and gave us several options that would be best for not only the size and configuration of her home but her budget. Talent Heating and Air came back the following Monday (our initial consult was on Thursday) and installed the new system for my mom. Terry and his crew were professional, courteous, efficient and we will gladly use them for our own HVAC maintenance and servicing in our home as well as recommend them to anyone in need of the services they provide! Terry came to give me an estimate on replacing a 20 year old outdated hvac split unit. His estimate was well inline with others. Terry and the team showed up on time less than a week later, removed the old system interior and exterior units and installed a brand new system and an electronic thermostat in less than 4 hours.
