This company gives very good customer service! And they are very knowledgeable and honest.. They always come as quick as possible. We have been very happy with the way they do business. We would highly recommend Integrity services.

Bill arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. We were so impressed that we signed a yearly service contract knowing that we will be in good hands going forward.

Brian and his team replaced the HVAC unit and added insulation in the attic. Their response time was fast and everyone was very professional. The first month's (July) utility bill afterwards was about $100 less than last month's, the lowest one in many years. Definitely recommend.

I'm an investor who owns few properties in Huntsville and Madison area.

I respect this company's service and professionalism, but would like to share how they ripped me off for replacing a 45/5 uf capacitor on an AC unit. The part can be bought off Home Depot for less than $10, and the inspection and job was done under 30 minutes. I was charged $279.

I talked to the company manager, who mentioned that I should have been told about the charge before the job was done. I said that I was only told of a service fee of $85. He refused to correct the problem, even though he admitted that his company made a mistake of not notifying me of the charge before replacing the part. I kept on trying, but when the manager told me that I should have asked the technician to undo the parts after finding out the price, I gave up.

This company works hard to accommodate my schedule, and they are respectful of my time. The representative was on time and worked quickly. These are good people all around.
