Alatec Heating & Cooling

I’ve been using Alatec for over 10 years and I have no reason to change. They are good people that you will be comfortable having in your home. Never had a problem that they couldn’t fix.

Alatec technicians are always prompt and courteous. They installed my HVAC system and they keep it serviced summer and winter. They always work around my schedule for Service. I HIGHLY recommend Alatec!!

After calling around to lots of companies I felt like these guys seemed the most honest. Their prices were fair and they were very responsive the one time I did have an issue. Great customer service and I would use again.

Great service!!! Had a church group coming over this past Sunday night and my AC went out 20 mins before their arrival (my house was at 75 degrees and climbing!) I called Alatec and my AC was back on within an hour of calling them! David was professional and courteous! Thank you!!!

Andrew Still came to my home and fixed the problem with my air conditioner and told me exactly what was wrong and how to hopefully, keep it from happening again. He was on time and so polite. I will definitely recommend this company and Andrew.

Have been a customer of Alatec for 8 years, Andrew came for the annual A/C check, very polite & professional, even sprayed a small wasp nest forming near my gutter! Highly recommend.

They’ve been responsive and professional in our dealings. Have done a great job on the periodic maintenance. The tech who did the latest maintenance, Brandon, was very professional and personable.

They came out quickly and were friendly, but I wouldn't recommend them again unless you want to pay top dollar for everything. They charged us $280 to replace a capacitor and for a service call charge. They then recommended we should get an all new HVAC system, which ours is old, but they suggested it would break the next day. We asked for a quote for a middle of the road system - they quoted us originally $10,000 then knocked to down to $8,500 for a "pre-season" discount. We got a quote from another company that came in at $6,000 max. They also told us that "capacitors don't just go out," which they do... capacitors have a lifespan just like any other part. (They also conned my elderly neighbor into buying a really expensive new HVAC system... similar story.) Long story short, beware of this company unless you want to pay $$$!!

Business with this company was different from the first phone call. A knowledgeable representative answered right away, asked me many questions and listened to my answers. Service was provided that day, problem was resolved that day. Pricing was what was quoted. Technicians were a joy. This is the company.

We have been very happy with the service provided by Alatec. They have always done what they said they would do. The employees we have dealt with are very knowledgeable. We have been with them for 7 years and plan on staying with them.
