I've been using Alatec for 10+ years now. Everyone that's ever come out has been courteous and always done a good job. Rarely have I had to call for something outside the service contract checks, but when I have, they've always been quick to respond.

I have used Alatec since 2014 when I had both my furnace and air conditioner replaced. They have always been on time, professional and friendly. Zack just came the other day, and as usual I was very pleased with his efficiency and professionalism. I would recommend Alatec Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.

When Sean came to my home I was already upset because the company that came the day before wanted to charge me $850 for things he couldn’t hardly explain to me & doing a lot of fast talking. First off you’re not saying nothing slick to a can of oil!! So I sent him on his way & called Alatec Heating & Cooling. Sean came & looked at the outside unit then went up to the attic. He told me his findings & said it would cost me $220. I said thank you for your honesty & he got right to work. He vacuumed water from a pan, found that the refrigerant was a pound low so he charged it, clean the drain pan, cleaned up oil around the suction port & checked all coils. He came back downstairs & turned everything back on. Now before he arrived that morning my home was a very hot 88 degrees. Later that afternoon/early evening it was a very comfortable 78 degrees which is what I normally keep it on when I’m home. I highly recommend Alatec Heating & Cooling to everyone having heating & cooling issues. Thank you Jesus for sending the right company. Thank you Alatec for your service & having honest hard working people in your company that doesn’t try to con people out of their hard earned money. I pray that God bless you so that your company expands to every state in the U.S.!! Alatec installed my unit nearly 5 years ago. Recently I had issues with cooling and temperature outside was 92 degrees. I called another company to service unit. The other company said I needed a new unit & it would cost $11,000 then said best deal would cost $9000.00 with their discount! I sweated it out for 1 week. I prayed about it.
I called Alatec! They sent 2 men the day I called! They inspected my unit, they put 2lbs of freon in unit and my unit has been working every since! Total was under $400.00! Alatec saved me a lot of money! They reassured me that if I have any problems they will come!

Alatec is a pleasure with whom to do business. The service man who did my work was punctual, and business like, he answered my questions and got right to work. I was assured that if things were not right, they would make it right. I have done business with this company for a while and plan to remain one of their customers. Lastly, The price was very reasonable.

We bought both of our units from Alatec a few years ago and have been nothing but pleased with their customer service. All we have to do is make a phone call if we need service and they are here fast. Every technician who has come to our house has been super polite, very friendly, respectful, and cleans up after their work. Our upstairs AC had shut off last night because the drip pan had clogged up, and David came out today and got everything working again. I couldn't be more satisfied with this company. If you need HVAC service, whether you bought your AC from them, call Alatec. I wouldn't trust my HVAC needs with anyone else!

Alatec Heating & Cooling has been caring for our A/C and heaters for 20 + years. We maintain our service contract with them as they will come out between times if needed.
