Alatec Heating & Cooling

Called Mike and explained that my air went out. It was late (7:00pm) and there wasn’t anyone available at that time but he tried to help me troubleshoot. At 8:00am the next morning Mike called and sent someone (Sean) to my house to fix it and my air was back on before it even got hot for the day. They were such nice men. Mike even called later in the day to make sure I didn’t have any issues once they left. While I hope I don’t have to call them any time soon, they have a lifetime customer. So impressed.

I was in a panic when my AC went out. When I called Alatec heating and cooling they calmed me down, educated me on air cooling, and the service was quick. They took care of me and I will never use another company!

Alatec went above and beyond for me. They made sure that I had exactly what I needed and nothing more. Their installation professionals did an outstanding job removing my old unit and replacing it with a brand new one. If all companies operated with this level of professionalism and customer service then the world would be a much better place. Highly recommend!

Let me just say that I wish there were more people like Mike in the world! I had an a/c unit that stopped working. He answered his phone and helped me immediately. He was responsive, professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. I will use him again in the future, without hesitation.

Alatec went above and beyond to help us fix our attic A/C. Mike was extremely helpful in making sure our installation was as quick and smooth as possible in the middle of a heatwave in August!
