Talk about quick service--I had a perceived problem in the morning and a technician was in my house by 1 PM. Diagnosed the problem, briefed me very nicely that it was actually operator error and was on his way. Told me I needed to get a magnet., so if there any around would someone drop it off. Good job and thanks.

I have been a customer for over 15 years and have always received a very quick response whenever a problem with my HVAC arose. They do routine maintenance twice a year for me which eliminates most emergency service calls. The rates charged are reasonable and the technicians are very stable and have solid expertise..

From the accurate load study and choice of three systems of increasing efficiency, to the timely rough-in and followup for minor changes, Southeastern did a very professional job. In addition, their quote was very competitive. They are true professionals.

Had a stat problem with system under warranty. They responded immediately and gave me a new stat. Still had issues and they stuck with it until it was resolved. As always with Southeastern they did what they said they would do and did it fast.

Saturday evening, the AC unit failed I called Southeastern, they were very prompt, took care of the problem fast. Very neat, the technician came to the door with shoe covers on.

Had a problem with the A/C Drain. Called Southeastern A/C and they were at my house within 40 minutes. Problem solved in about 30 minutes. Excellant customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.
