Matt was my plumber and he has been taken care of a vacation home for all of our plumbing needs. He's very professional, very courteous and a very knowledgeable Plumber. Whenever I have plumbing needs on the Eastern Shore I'm calling Affordable Plumbing and ask for Matt!

Technician was fantastic! The problem was they were trying to charge me over $430 to replace a Moen shower handle cartridge. I called their office to make sure that was correct and the girl said “yes that’s correct, parts are really going up and we only make a 20% profit.” I decided to just pay the service call and get the part myself.
This is the best part: The supply store where I got it didn’t charge me for the part. They stated it was a warranty part and Moen does not charge for them. He gave it to me at ZERO charge and I went home and watched YouTube and finished in just a few minutes.
This company can NOT be trusted. There is no way this was ethical. I can’t imagine the people they take advantage of. I’m very disappointed and will not use them ever again.

Alex did a GREAT JOB! We had a complicated plumbing situation and had to have a new sewer pump and tank. We also wanted to get a tankless gas hot water heater. Alex worked hard for two days, and everything works PERFECTLY! Everything was neat, tidy and done very well. We could not be happier!

I had tried everything I knew to solve a problem with a toilet but had no luck. I called Affordable Plumbing for help and they sent Matt. He inspected the system and determined the problem may involve the pipe installation beneath the house. He then rearranged the pipes to a more correct installation and the problem was solved! Matt did a great job!
