Michael from Affordable Plumbing provided fantastic customer service and was extremely professional. I originally called to have a plumber fix a water line break. Soon after I decided to attempt the repair myself. I cancelled the repair request, but Michael was in the area and stopped by to see if I needed anything. He was able to answer a couple technical questions which helped me with my repair and gave me information about their VIP program, which seems like a very good deal. I would definitely recommend Affordable Plumbing and Michael.

Ralo, the Affordable Plumbing technician, arrived at the designated time. He was clean, professional and spoke to me in a manner in which I would understand the task at hand. Ralo quickly began work, located the leak and made the necessary repairs. He even made suggestions for added improvements.

Joseph was amazing! I had a leak between floors. He came out, found the leak and went to work taking care if it. The whole experience, from the girls in the office keeping in touch with me regarding Joseph's arrival, was simply phenomenal! I would absolutely use Affordable Plumbing again, if needed!

We had just arrived back home from Orlando. We started having major issues with our shower / toilet / plumbing. No matter what we did, it only got worse. We called and Matt came out ... (this was 5:30 pm on a Saturday evening). Because of our 38 y. o. home he had to really work, and had to come back next morning (Sunday) We were very pleased with Matt's work ethic, and friendliness. It made a tough situation bearable. He was very knowledgeable and it showed. We cannot praise Matt enough.

Very accommodating and professional. The only service company that I have had in years that didn’t require a 4 hour slot that they can show up any time within. Affordable Plumbing understands that us customers have jobs too. Besides that, our plumber, Matt was very personable and did an excellent job

Friendly tech. Absolutly no issues with him. Only issue had was when we scheduled the appointment we had asked for a rough estimate of price and we weren't given a correct answer. We were told around 90 and bill was 233. So might be nice if they were a bit more specific instead of waiting till the tech was at the house to mention the original fee was just to have them show up.
