Our experience with Affordable Plumbing was way more than we expected! Our plumber, Matt Cook, did an outstanding job! He fixed issues that have been plaguing us for a long time and even fixed issues from our last plumber (different company) when they couldn't figure out the fix and just rigged it! Matt has extensive knowledge and is honest and efficient. He really knows what he's doing! I HIGHLY recommend Matt Cook at Affordable Plumbing!

We were very pleased with the company. Quick service and courtesy calls by the company are huge pluses. Alex was there the next day, and immediately found the source of our problems. He was polite, a hard worker, and very capable of handling all of our issues! He also worked with us on scheduling a return visit.

When I say great service that would be a understatement. Michael was the best I’ve ever experienced. Usually when you have plumbing issues you are afraid and the anxiety of what needs to be done overwhelms you, yet Michael knows the meaning to fix the customer first. His thoughtfulness was appreciated and gave me the knowledge I needed to know where I stand and how we can move forward. I cannot praise him more as he renewed my passion for customer service as I teach it daily to others. Matt quickly found the leak in our bathroom! Even when I felt my explanation for why I thought we had a leak was vague! He explained everything so that I understood what needed to be done. We were so impressed that we decided against placing a claim to our home warranty company. We felt it will be done quickly and correctly through Affordable Plumbing. Will use them again!!

Affordable Plumbing, Heating & Air (Mr. Ralo) went above and beyond the call of duty to facilitate the obtaining of the control board for our tankless hot water heater. None were available. They found one, expedited the delivery, and insured we were kept informed every step of the way. We were able to obtain the part for a reasonable price in the shortest possible amount of time and repair our water heater. Mr. Ralo and the office staff could not have been any more responsive, helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I definitely highly recommend them!

After traveling with my military spouse for twenty years, I have owned many homes in many different states with many plumbing issues. I finally ended here in Foley where I had to have my home totally re-plumbed. I say with all sincerity, that I never received such professional service as I have had with both Tony and his crew and Matt and his crew. They were personable and professional...on time..at the task..to the clean up. This firm can take pride in both their staff and a job well done. I would very highly recommend them.

Very impressive customer service! I was having an issue with very low water pressure/water flow throughout my entire house. Affordable Plumbing located an area of the pipe that had been crushed by a root of a tree just as it entered the foundation and went under the slab. They were able to remove and replace the damaged section. It was only through the persistence and perseverance of the two technicians that they were able to locate the problem.
In addition to repairing the damaged pipe to correct water flow they also installed a booster pump to increase my water pressure. Jason and Alex worked tirelessly all day until 8:30 at night to insure the job was completed properly and there were no unresolved issues. I now have fantastic water pressure and water flow and for exactly the cost that was quoted to me originally.
The men showed up on time, were very courteous and concerned with my satisfaction. They did an excellent job cleaning up at the end of the day as well.
I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing to anyone with any plumbing needs at all.
