I called them to help me find a water leak. The girl that made my appointment was very polite and professional. They called 30 minutes prior to coming out and even sent me a text. They sent Michael out and he did a great job! Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The fee charged was very fair. Would definitely use them again.

Michael Newton was our service rep this morning. He arrived on time , very polite, professional and explained what he would be doing in detail. We were glad to see he had on protective mask in compliance with COVID guidelines. He adequately explained the costs involved and then finished the job in a reasonable time.
I would recommend him and Affordable.

Affordable Plumbing did a great job repairing a busted water line in my house. They were fast and efficient. The service person was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly. The first contact in the office was very welcoming. She did an excellent job letting me know about other services they offer. And like the name, they were very affordable and I appreciated the upfront and clear discussion regarding billing. There were no surprises which is exactly how you want a service call to go. Good job!

We have used Affordable Plumbing on two occasions. Matt responded to our service call, today, and he was wonderful. He was very thorough and took the time to explain things to me and most of all they are very reasonable. I highly recommend using them should the need arise.

Alex and his Apprentice arrived on time and were very professional and polite. They did an awesome job fixing my water heater and they did it quickly. Alex clearly explained to me the cost and what they would need to do before they did it. This is invaluable to a homeowner. Even more surprising, I went upstairs to clean up after them and there was absolutely not a speck of trash or putty or anything for me to clean up. I really appreciate that.
I would recommend Alex and his Apprentice ( I forgot his name, sorry about that) to anyone!!!

It has been a long time since I have had such a good experience with an expert technician. Michael has visited our house two times for repairs and both times he went “above and beyond”. He explained the problem in detail, discussed the overall picture, and explained pricing before doing the work. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone with this company has been courteous and professional.

The entire staff at affordable plumbing,Heating and air are awesome! I have called them for many issues after hours and they never turn me down. They are very reasonable in price.

Having sewage backed up into our bathrooms with 4 kids was a complete disaster, but our Affordable Plumbing technician shifted his schedule to arrive a while day early! He arrived at 6:30am and had things squared away within 2 hours so I could still get my son to school in time. He was professional, friendly, honest and even gave me some education on what was happening, why, and some ways to prepare for it, should it ever happen again. My 4 children were of course running around in the mix of everything and he was so polite. I will be using them again (although I hope not any time soon!) and couldn’t believe how affordable they truly were. Weve had other estimates in the past and his was reasonable and easy to understand what we were paying exactly for. We are so grateful for Ralo, his service, and his ability to save our day!

I was very impressed with Affordable Plumbing. The customer service is excellent, and the technician worked quickly and explained everything thoroughly. The technician even changed gloves frequently and disinfected the bathroom after working in it during the pandemic. They did not try to charge emergency visit fees either. Highly recommend.
