They was scheduled to come but out never called never showed said they would text got nothing took off work to sit there for nothing. I would have been fine if they would have at least told me they could not make today.

I call myself going to install my own thermostat sense the man at the store said it was easy.....to my surprise me and my 7th month old were about to burn up in this hot house...called Eco Heating and Cooling they said they would be here by 6:00pm they pulled up about 5:45pm and I called for service at 5:00pm...they had us cool by 6:02pm...So one could say I got excellent service and they were very friendly...You better call Eco if that air goes out I know who I'll be calling...Highly recommend😀😎

Excellent job fixing what the home builders absolutely screwed up. The rain delayed the process but they always stayed in touch with me and coordinated times to het everything done.

Called on Saturday when our regular business wouldnt answer the phone within an hour he was here ready to work really wasnt that serious for us but he was direct about it didnt try to pry $$ out of us just told us what the problem was BAM 15 minutes later we were back in business would highly recommend this company our new company

They are the best! On time and courteous. They go above and beyond. They do the work right the first time. They are happy to answer questions. They won’t try to sell you something you don’t need.

These people are fantastic, they came out at 2 am and didnt even charge me for a tripped breaker. They have great customer service.
