My air conditioning stopped working last weekend. Gave these guys a call and they were at my house 35 minutes later and had the problem fixed within 10 minutes. They were in and out in a flash, and very friendly. Would deff recommend them to my friends.

They did come out within 36 hours of calling them, Told them Fan motor was burned up to be sure to bring a motor,, They asked me to text a pic of the data plate to be sure they had the correct motor. They got it installed about 6:30PM and charged us $450,00 for the repair. I can buy the motor anywhere I checked for $125.00 to $150.00. Thought that was really high. Within 2 hours the new motor burned up and they came back and got another installed by midnight...The new motor did not sound right to me the instant it came on and told the tech it did not sound good.. We left on vacation the next morning. When we returned in 2 weeks the unit was sounding awful. long story short within 5 days of our return the unit stopped cooling got so loud we turned it off. They came by within 3 or 4 hours and said the fan hub was bad, and it was.. the tech left around 4 or 5 PM and said he had one more repair before coming back. He looked for the DATA Plate which was now missing and nowhere to be found... I looked on my phone and still had the picture I had taken so the tech used my phone info .. There was plenty of glue left on the unit and why it was gone is a mystery to me.. It had been there for 12 years before they worked on it... About 9 AM the next morning I called and got a answering machine. Asked them to please up date me on my repair. NO RETURN CALL Called around Dothan to see if I could find a fan and found one for $59.95 .. About 11 AM I called again as I've herd nothing since the day before. The man who answered said they were waiting on a fan form their supplier in PANAMA CITY , I told him where I found one in Dothan to which he replied "We don't deal with them". Before we got off the phone he told me the tech was on his way and would be at my house very soon. Then I thought he said the total cost would be $145.00.. When the tech finished he said they had sent him a text saying I Owed $185.00.. I called the office and questioned this cost, asked what was the cost of a service call and he said $85.00 . Asked why was the fan blade, I could buy for $60.00 costing me $125.00 He replied the extra cost was due to his having to go back to Dothan and make another trip back to my house. I was upset and he got up set also. He told me to pay the tech $145.0 and to NEVER call his phone number again.... I ended up paying $595.00 for a fan motor and fan blade replacement on a unit that probably not worth that much. The parts I could buy for $185.00 total so I figure he made $410.00 + parts markup which I felt was steep enough but he wanted to charge another $40.00. My advice is steer clear or record a cost figure before letting him work on you air system..

These guys were just the best! I have an elderly family member living nearby Dothan who went to turn on her air conditioner for the first time this year to find it useless. I checked google, decided to give Eco a shot, and as I'd hoped, they were there for her rapidly and professionally! They diagnosed the problem, helped her to replace her leaky coil under warranty, and had the problem solved quickly before the heat of this time of year could begin to make her home unbearable. It was so nice to find a company that I could trust when I was unable to be there. Other companies might not have told her about her warranty or charged for unnecessary parts and labor, but that was not the case with Eco. She is now in contact with them and knows exactly who to call for prompt and family-like service if anything ever happens with her HVAC system again! Thank you guys!!

I was thoroughly impressed with the professional service and fair prices I received after contacting ECO for service to my outside AC unit. The service technician who showed at my house had my heat back on shortly, and very affordable. Summer or winter, I've found the company I will calling when I need any service in the future

Called today early, which the temp is expected to reach low 100's. Scott and Chris came, replaced part and were through 5 to 10 minutes. Very professional - explained everything. They live up to their reviews. I give them 5 stars also.

Quick and very professional. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. Will definitely be calling them for all my future ac needs. Thanks you guys!!!!

We typically don't call HVAC technicians, as my husband has HVAC experience. However, we were having a hard time trying to repair the AC unit at our Dothan rental home. We finally threw in the towel and called Eco Heating and Cooling, and we are SO glad we did. A technician was at the property within 2 hours of my phone call. He made the repairs very quickly - especially considering what all he had to do to make the repairs. We were prepared to pay twice as much as what we were charged,. The cherry on the cake was when we received a text the same afternoon, after hours, just making sure that the AC was still working. We regret not calling them when we were first having issues at the rental property. It would have saved us a lot of time and money.

If you are considering any other HVAC businesses, you shouldn't bother looking anywhere else. Eco Heating and Cooling has all 5 star reviews for a reason!

Highly recommend Eco Air! Fast, friendly, professional, and prompt! The technician worked to fix my problem quickly, instead of taking his time in order to inflate the bill. Eco Air is my new air conditioning service and repair company.

Exceptional service from start to finish! I called them at 9:00am. They made my appointment a couple hours later. They diagnosed the problem and were able to replace the A/C unit the same day. Friendly guys!

Best of the WIREGRASS. Prompt, courteous and came out the next day when a competitor would not, instead competitor exclaimed " it would be a week" that's hard to take when you just signed a contract promising expedited service. I have since cancelled my service and will continue with ECO.

ECO got the part next day and completed the job- that's what you do.
