ECO saved us thousands of dollars.

We first used a different HVAC contractor to perform maintenance on our system. They literally waved a wand around our outside unit and told us we were leaking Freon and needed a new coil or a total system replacement. In the meantime they pumped four pounds of Freon into our system to replace what had "leaked out".

We called ECO to get a second opinion and Chris and Daniel came out and looked over our system and discovered all kinds of things the first contractor missed. They had overpressured our system and it wasn't running like it should. It turns out there was no leak. And there was a problem with the filter.

These issues were fixed as a simple service call and we didn't need a new system at all. The guys from ECO are a small operation, but from watching them, it's obvious that they take great pride in their work and how they treat their customers. It's refreshing to know that there are still contractors out there who care about the people who hire them.

ECO Heating and Cooling are an amazing company. I initially called on July 3rd about 7:00 pm and Cris called me back promptly. He came out within the hour to look at our AC. It wasn't cooling. Chris said our coils were rusted out. Chris put us some Freon in and he gave us options on what we could do. We decided to replace the unit inside and out. Called Chris on Friday and he came out on Monday.
We also got an Air Purifier, I have terrible allergies and Chris said that it kills 99% of contaminants. Chris and Adam worked quickly and proficiently, They kept their work space clean. We are up and running. Thank you Chris and Adam for a job well done!

My elderly mom's unit wasn't cooling. Eco was highly recommended to me by a relative. Gave Chris a call...made an appointment convenient for me to be there at mom's when he came. Had it fixed in a few minutes. Very friendly, polite and kind! Will definately use ECO again!! 😊

Service was very prompt - best I have ever had. Not only were they prompt but very honest! (almost unheard of in today's service industry).
They did not try to sell me what I did not need, they explained why I did not need it, read the pressures on the unit and stated they were correct and proper. Informed me of the airflow through the evaporator coil. They did not try to sell me a unit either If you are looking for service or to buy a new unit - I would highly recommend ECO with the honesty and professionalism this company provided to me I know that you will be getting the best support. They look out for your interest! If I could give them 6 stars would!

Called this morning was told they would be at my house between 9 and 11. Showed up and had my ac repaired by 10:20. Could not of asked for a better response time. The guys were very nice and respectful. They also will come out on the weekend to fix your ac without changing extra for the weekend work. Thank you guys so much. God bless and have a great day.

Chris came to my house in 15 minutes after I called. They added freon and my air was back in business. He was very friendly. I will definitely use them again.

When I contacted Eco, they provided me with a next day appointment. I forgot to get the technicians name, however he was extremely professional and explained what had caused my problem and how he was able to fix it. I will definitely be going with for all my future HVAC needs.

So after being stood up by woodall last Thursday...my hubby's highly rated pick. I chose this company. They were supposed to come out Monday but called to reschedule for today and then were total no shows and no call to explain why. Gone are the good days of customer service. I almost feel we have to beg for companies these days to provide a service and take our money.

Excellent service from Chris. Efficient, timely, and most of all honest. Very happy that they troubleshooted a potential fire hazard in my furnace. No special Saturday charge. Very please with the company and I highly recommend them.
