They had me up and running and no time at all. Next year I will definitely call them earlier in the year so I do not have to do without my air conditioning when I get so hot! Very professional very courteous!

Excellent both times I have used them! Air conditioner went out on Saturday night had a tech there the next morning to diagnose the problem and only had to wait until Monday morning because the warehouse was closed and he couldn’t get the part he needed that day. By 10am on Monday my air conditioner was back in working order!

I have called Eco Heating and Cooling for two different locations, and both times I was given professional service. Chris is an outstanding individual that will tell you exactly what has went wrong and discuss your options before​ going any further. He works fast and does his job without cutting corners and will stand behind his work. I will continue to call for any repairs I need and recommend them to anyone looking for honest service.

Heater went out late last night and we called our rental company to have it fixed. After dealing with a home warranty company they forwarded our work order to Eco heating and cooling.

Chris the technician that came out was a great representation of the company. Friendly and knowledgeable, and called prior to his arrival to let us know he was on his way. He quickly identified the problem and even took the time to discuss what the problem was with me and how he was going to fix it. In and out in 30 minutes and back to having a warm home!

I'd happily recommend this company to friends and family alike!!

Spoke with Chris this morning around 09:30. After explaining my situation he gave me an approximate ETA and was at my home before noon - that's the quickest response I have ever experienced from any company. The temperature will be in the 20's tonight so I was most grateful for the service Chris provided me. Both his knowledge and customer service skills are outstanding. We have been using Eco Heating and Cooling since we moved into our new home a few years ago. I needed another vent installed in a walk-in closet. Not only did they have a quick appointment, the installation was quick and professional. They have done our bi-annual inspections and have always explained what the condition of our system was and tips to ensure we would keep a smooth running A/C and Heating system. At one point we had a heating failure in the winter due to a faulty control card. They identified the fault, explained how to keep heat in the home while the replacement was ordered and installed. They even looked up where we were on our warranty for us. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional company. Highly recommend for any of your service needs!

ECO Heating and Cooling is amazing!!! I called at 8:30am spoke with Chris, he let me know he was contacting tech, would call back shortly and I could expect to receive service before 12:00pm the same day! Chris called at 10:00am, got my address, let me know he was 6 miles away and was at our home within minutes. He diagnosed the issues and got our A/C back cooling. Same Day Service on a hot Saturday is more than amazing. Thank you Chris and ECO Heating and Cooling for servicing our community.

Eco was my second choice of companies to call. They should have been my first. They will be from now on. I called them on short notice.They showed up in a timeley manner. The tech was friendly. Diagnosed the problem quickly and had the replacement part in hand. Has my unit up and running within an hour and a half of placung the call. Cant beat that at 3pm on a Friday. I will recommend this business.

Not only is Chris a very knowledgeable tech, but he is courteous and personable.

We have used this business twice for repairs and they gave us a committed time frame and both times were prompt. We live in a very rural area and there has not been a problem with arriving on time.
