I had to contact Woodall on Sunday because of an ac issue. Thanks to the maintenance contract I have, I was able to get prompt service and avoid the weekend rates! William Crawford came to our home and immediately found and corrected the problem. He was very knowledgeable and also pointed out several things I can do to make my unit more efficient. I have had to call on Woodall’s two times in the past year, and their technicians have been very good guys to work with.

This company and it crew members went abovr and beyond to replace our AC unit... the two gentlemen who came out were very professional and very Nice. They answered all my questions and had us a new unit installed and working in less than a day. The technician was on time and very kind and respectful. I was able to set up a contract for them to come out twice a year and service both of our units. Would definitely recommend them.

Waaaaaaay overpriced!!!! Was charged $107 per pound of freon, then told 5 lbs went in. Plus $99 call out. $600 plus bill.
My ac friend even said robbery!!! Freon is $400 for a 25lb bottle, you do the math.... major mark up. Wont use again..
