Excellent small business run by someone who loves what they do and it shows in their work. Was able to come out first thing in the morning and fix a broken A/C unit. Explained his process throughout, and double checked the system's health while it was running before he left. All said and done, the fix took less than half an hour and I have cool air again. This is the guy you want to hire.

Had an issue with our secondary HVAC unit not cooling. Very quick to respond, professional, honest, and courteous. Pricing was very reasonable. The issue was a bad capacitor. Paul was thorough enough to catch that the replacement capacitor was bad before he left and installed a good capacitor. I highly recommend One Way Heating and Cooling.

Paul conducts his business with a great sense of dedication and his work is impeccable. He makes sure the customer knows every facet of the job he is doing; he explains why and how the work is to be done. But, the most important thing is that he cares for his customers personally, and treats them fairly and ethically. I would never call anyone else for HVAC service. He is a young man of character. It is my pleasure to recommend him.

We had a problem with our ac unit and when we would turn on ac it would blow hot air, also we couldn’t figure out why our bill was $400 last month, Paul came in and fixed the issue, and told us right away why our bill was so high and why the ac was blowing hot air. So Thankful that we found someone that could help us.

This is the most efficient, heating and cooling company I have ever used! I've owned property in the past and this current situation left me in dire straits; however, this company came right in did the work needed and did so, effectively & economically!

Our furnace went out in the middle of winter and he was right there to fix it when he said he would and just the last month he did a really good cleaning and yesterday the cooking wasn't working he came within half hour and worked on it and got it running in no time. Paul is very respectful and honest.
