Please do not use this company they will lie to their customers about a.c. and heating unit to sell new ones. Abuse some of employees. Claim people are doing side work they not doing!

The service techs and office personnel are very knowledgeable and treat you like family they don't try to sell you something you don't need.

We have used Sullivan Service for 40 years and always received wonderful service.

Tech came out and let the freon out of my system and informed me I needed a new unit.... Now I need a new unit because my existing A/C is out of service.
