I was disappointed when the tech didn't show up on time. After getting that straight Alex told me what I needed and he came a d replaced my thermostats a d showed my son and I how to operate it. We shared testimonies about the Lord while never missing aa beat working. He's very knowledgeable a bout what he does. I was so happy with this company and service tech Alex i couldnt help but leave an outstanding review my air had gone out and my house upstairs was had gotten up to 113 degrees i called this company and they had someone out the next day to look at my unit and they said it had several leaks in it. Alex was very thorough in going over everything with me and all the details and how the process would work in replacing my unit. they came back the next day and installed my unit i couldnt be more happy with this company and my service tech Alex
